The Signature Range brings together three fully developed home designs, giving you a clear starting point with the flexibility to make each home your own. Nella guides the process from site assessment through to construction and handover.
The floor plans, spaces and proportions have already been established, so you can begin with a complete design rather than a blank page.
Adapt layouts, tailor how spaces are used and select materials, finishes and joinery to suit your lifestyle, without the need for major structural changes.
We review your block's dimensions, orientation, site conditions and planning requirements to determine how your preferred design can work on your site.
From choosing your design to reviewing your site, personalising your home and managing the build, Nella guides you through every stage.
Browse the three Signature Range homes to find the design that best suits your lifestyle, preferences and the way you want to live.
The Signature Range offers a different starting point, not a different standard of build.
Every Signature Range home is personally overseen by Trent and built by the same trusted trades who work on Nella's custom homes. We apply the same construction standards, quality checks and handover process to every build.
The design can be personalised. The standard of workmanship remains the same.
