Montara is named for the mountain. The landscape came first, and the architecture followed.
Set across 60 acres of bushland in Woodford, this is a design that holds its own within an extraordinary natural setting without competing with it. A reinterpretation of the rural farm shed through a refined architectural lens. Clean lines, honest materials, a built form that settles into the land rather than imposing upon it.
Every material was specified with the site in mind. Durability, performance, and an honest relationship with the surrounding environment were non-negotiable from the outset.
Montara is currently under construction.
A rural home shaped by land, outlook and the scale of its Woodford setting.
Honest materials and clean forms allow the architecture to sit quietly within the landscape.
Every decision was made with the site in mind, from durability to how the home settles into its surrounds.

Every Nella home starts with a conversation.
